Cancellation Policy At LuxwithTy your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please be respectful of both my time and other clients by adhering to the following policy: - Cancellations: All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. - Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. - No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged a 30% cancellation fee and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. - Deposits: Any deposits made are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. - Grace Period: A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and subject to the cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
